Are Vegan Products Always Healthier?
Have you had a serving of vegan cookies? Turns out they aren't much better for your waist than regular cookies. Processed vegan foods may contain saturated-fat palm oil and coconut oil. The best thing is to stick to whole nutritious foods such as carrots, nuts etc. Though you can occasionally indulge in vegan treats, don't always justify them as healthy.
Well it's a good thing you posted this info because I would have cleared out the entire box of vegan cookies 😂
